Although we print both publications on standard 8 ½ x 11 paper, the margins we use leave less than that available for text and advertising. Note that we leave room for 1/8 inch separation between ads (bottom of one ad to top of another ad or text box, and right side of one to left side of another ad or text box). Thus, ads characterized as quarter page or half page are not quite equal to quarter/half of the space available on a page. Ads may be placed in portrait or landscape orientation, whichever the client desires. All printing and graphics must be of sufficient size and contrast to be read clearly when printed on a standard 8 ½ x 11 page. Please adhere to the following size limits for ads.

Business Card: Standard card size (3 1/2 x 2)

Quarter Page: 3 3/8 x 4 5/8

Half Page: 7 x 4 5/8

Full Page: 7 x 9 1/2
