    Five out of Five Stars

The Binky Bandit is a beautifully illustrated picture book that follows Wally the Doodle as he learns how to adjust his life after his parents bring home their new baby boy. Feeling neglected, he begins to act out which causes disarray in the family. Binky’s sweet change of heart as he accepts his new “brother” is sure to bring a smile to heart of all readers.

Throughout the story the author weaves in information about the environment and the importance of protecting it.  This is done in a way that does not interrupt the story but instead enhances it while providing an excellent learning experience for children. An added bonus is a list of ways in which all of us can protect the planet.

The is a wonderful story to share with little ones.
