I’m a writer and horse lover from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. When I write, I emphasize the quality of storytelling over everything else. I want the audience to walk away feeling like they’ve gained something. A lot of the inspiration for my writing style comes from Pixar and Studio Ghibli, who use magic to create unique and meaningful characters and plotlines. I enjoy writing stories that are bold and whimsical, including normal people with a touch of magic. Novels have an edge over screenwriting in such a way that adding fantastical elements doesn’t cost a dime, so why not use it?
