Strictly Fiction 2.0 with Lisa Lickel

The fall critique series Strictly Fiction with Laurie Scheer filled, so WWA is opening a second series. We have set up a new six-week intensive series for writers with some experience working with others in critique groups. Besides questions that naturally come up during our sessions, Lisa will also focus on aspects that are genre specific. Lisa Lickel, author and book coach, will provide critiques of the work and facilitate WEEKLY discussions October 4 -November 8 via Zoom.

The way it works: Participants will email their pages to the other group members a week prior to the session so that each participant may review and prepare critiques for their fellow writers and be ready to discuss on meeting day. During the session each writer will read from their submission and hear constructive advice from peers and facilitator Lisa Lickel. Specific guidelines and any applicable handouts will be shared prior to sessions.
